We have pattern-making software (Lectra - Modaris) and pattern-makers specialised in all types of clothing, allowing our productions to be made with the utmost rigour, resulting in perfect fittings. We believe this is the secret to our success.

CUTTING, SEWING AND FINISHING

At Moldisar we are organised in such a way as to work with the most varied types of fabrics, from fine fabrics (satin, viscose, etc.) to corduroy and our speciality, denim. All our production is 100% national, made with quality raw materials and sustainable production, which, combined with the know-how and rigour of our partners, result in excellent products that meet our customers' needs.

LAUNDRY AND DYEING

Where garments are transformed. Where everything takes on colour.... The combination of manual processes with the latest technologies (laser, ozone, micronebulisation, eco wash...) means that our partners in this area are able to give a special character to the denim garments we produce. The laboratory and dyeing plant have equipment and people with a high level of technical knowledge, enabling us to reproduce the colours and processes required in the finest detail. All of these processes are ALWAYS concerned with preserving the environment, using biodegradable products and reducing water consumption as much as possible.
